Today I am grateful for:
-the warm weather. It was feeling pretty March-y out there.
-the brownie that I ate after dinner. :)
-having some relaxation time
-having the apartment to myself for a bit
-seeing a show with a friend. The show was pretty terrible, but it was a good spectacle with some incredible costumes.
-laughter.
-being able to make people smile.
-leaning into joy.
-leaning into discomfort.
-NUTS.
-not being too hard on myself
-breathing
-letting things go.
-music
-making lists. My journaling class has inspired me to start making list. It feels really good to cross off items on my list of things to do.
