-TGIFriday! Today I am Thankful for the Seward Co-op's deli. I am grateful for all the support that surrounds me. I am Inspired by the power of kindness.
-A fun improv set
-Being able to lie down for a bit. I wanted to nap but my brain was too active.
-The new phone app I got that has a lot of different ambience sounds. Brown noise is my personal favorite. It sounds gross but it mostly sounds like a fan that is far away. I didn't know there were different types of white noise. Learn something new every day.
Recognizing my shame gremlins are present and trying to not let them take over.
