Gratitude on the go! 1-5-13

Today I am grateful for:
-This quote:

-My new baby cousin, Avery! Everyone is doing well I'm told.

-Leaning into discomfort. I'm in struggle a bit today, but I'm taking the time to let it out and let it go rather than push it down and let it fester. It's hard. It doesn't feel good, but I know in the end it's the better choice. 

-All the support I have in my life. Even if I don't take advantage of it, I know that it's there. 

-Some solitude. 

-Hot showers

-The basics

-As always, my friends.
