Today I am grateful for:

-Seeing my Aunt* Pat at Lunds. It was so wonderful to see her. She is the sweetest. She gave me $20 and paid for my dinner. It was totally unnecessary and I kept trying to say no but she wouldn't take that for an answer. Man. She exudes kindness. One of my favorite things about her is that she is kind to everyone. She always has a smile on her face and it's like her smile beams joy into others. She has a hugely compassionate heart. I miss her and even though our encounter was brief it was so nice.
-getting through our first preview. It was 2.5 hours long, but things hit well I thought. It was a bit hard to gauge because there was a group of people there that got PLASTERED and was laughing at anything. It was a lot of fun though. We were all having a good time, which I think is what matters the most. Now to trim at least an hour off of the show. :)
-THIS:
-Laughter.
-Melatonin. I'm pretty amped up right now and I'm thinking some Melatonin while listening to Lets Pretend This Never Happened sounds like a good combo for sleeping.
-Jenny Lawson. Changing lives by being herself.
-Feeling content right now. It's been awhile. My mind wheels have been working in over drive these days. I need to remind myself to live in the moment.

*She's not my real aunt. I've just called her that my whole life. It's a hard habit to kick. I'm workin on it.
