| And this is a pic from Tuesday night. Six years later and we were able to pick right back up! A good night of reminiscing. |
-Getting to spend time with Nora. It was so great to see her and catch up with her. She is wonderful. I cannot wait to see her again.

-the Metro being so easy to figure out

-a really smooth plane ride
-Amanda picking me up from the airport. It was super nice of her. I kind of babbled on and on about my trip. She was super nice and listened to all of my ramblings.
-the incredible harvest moon tonight. It was low in the sky, a deep autumn orange surrounded by clouds. Just beautiful.
-being able to take this trip. I forgot how much I love to travel, explore, and of course see my friends. It fills me with such joy. I cannot wait for my next trip to Portland!
